The IEC Board thanks people and institutions that believed in our bold strategy to improve the cultural level of rural populations, and to create more ambition among young people and, particularly, students. It is our belief that the school can only improve with the participation of families and the community. The IEC is for families, students, school and teachers, it's overall for the community.

The IEC has awakened in the community, schools, families and citizens in general, the reflection that will lead them to recognize that progress, the common well-being, and the future of their children depends on their intervention in the community. This intervention will always be serious work, but also enjoyable, this also creates a new community life.
